Ladies Night Out: Tuesday, Feb. 28^th at Sakura Japanese Steakhouse on County Line Road at 6:00 p.m.

Easter Baskets: Sign-up to provide a food basket for Madison families in need. Bins are available in the Gathering Area. Please return filled bins by Sunday, March 25^th.

Ash Wednesday Service: February 22, at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

RA Car Decaling: Fellowship Hall, Friday, February 24^th, 6:00 – 9:00.

GA Car Decaling: Fellowship Hall, Saturday, February 25^th, 10:00 – 12:30.

Madison Baptist Association Race: First Baptist Church – Huntsville, Sunday, March 4^th, Registration at 1:30, Race at 2:30.

Timothy Cup Race: Fellowship Hall, Wednesday, March 7^th. The RA concession stand (hot dogs, nachos, sodas, etc.) and GA bake sale begin at 5:00. The race begins at 6:00.

Trinity University: Sundays at 6:00 p.m. Church History ~ Chris Taylor, Max Lucado ~ Jeanne Smith, and Mission Crafts ~ Hallie Kenny. All classes will meet in the modular.

Ladies Bible Study: Margaret Feinberg's Scouting the Divine: My Search for God in wine, wool, and wild honey. We will begin on Monday, February 6 at 9:15 a.m. Childcare is provided.

Dominican Mission Donations: The Dominican missions team is collecting flip flops and hygiene products (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, washcloths, etc) to take to the Dominican Republic in March. There is a collection bin in the Gathering Area and we will be collecting through Sunday, Feb. 26.

DR Financial Donation Display: In the Gathering Area is a visual to help us track the church’s extra financial donations for this trip. We have a water-bowl that will hold 1,000 water-blue marbles. For every $5 given, we will place a marble into the bowl. This ties in with one of the major aspects of the mission trip-to provide a water filtration system to an area that doesn’t have any clean water. If you would like to participate in this, please just make your check out to Trinity and mark your check (or, envelope) “Dominican Republic.”

On Wednesday, November 16, there will be a Special Called Church Conference at 6:00 p.m. for the presentation of the 2012 Church Budget from the Finance Committee and a Report and Announcement from the Pastor Search Committee.

On Sunday, November 20, there will be another Special Called Church Conference immediately following both services to elect the new senior pastor.
