Lenten Devotional Guides: Devotional Guides are available in the Gathering Area and the Sanctuary Foyer. Let your prayers and Bible Study be a very intentional personal goal in the 40 days ahead. Not surprisingly, this kind of focus will strengthen your life and the life of our church.

New Adult Sunday School Class: This class is being taught by Chris Thomas in C-102. Everyone welcome!

Wednesday Night Bible Study Class: This is the last week of an adult Bible Study option at 6:15 throughout the winter and spring. Dr. Dan Champion will begin this time with a five week series on "Life Starts with L"-Live It!

UAH Baptist Campus Ministries Rummage Sale: March 6 from 7-11 a.m. You may drop off donations at the Baptist Student Center, 450 Sparkman Drive beginning March 1^st or call 837-9140 to schedule a pickup time for large items. All proceeds go toward their Collegiate Missions fund.

Mexico Mission Trip Collections: We have 18 adults and youth who will be traveling to Tuxpan, Mexico March 13-20th to build a church pavilion and serve in the community through VBS and other events. Please be in prayer for the mission team and the missionaries there, Dan and Jolene Tucker. We are also collecting the following items for the trip: eyeglasses (prescription and reading), early reader children's books, hair accessories, ribbons, cosmetics, new t-shirts (all sizes) and new shoes (especially flip flops, sandals, and tennis shoes). Collection bins are in the gathering area.

Youth Recycling Fundraiser: The youth are collecting used cell phones (no chargers or accessories), ipods, laptops, digital cameras and digital video cameras and sending them to be recycled. We are also now collecting inkjet cartridges (the small ones only). The youth will receive money for these items which will go into our youth budget. It’s a great way to protect the environment and help the youth at the same time so be on the lookout for the recycling bin in front of the elevator.

Worship Packets for TBCkids!

Beginning today, there will be special worship guides for kids. The worship guide will include the order of service, information that will help kids participate in worship, some activities that relate to our worship for the day, and bookmarks for hymns and Scripture passages. Please encourage your child to pick up and return a clip board and pencil in the foyer each Sunday. There will be separate worship guides for 3-6 year olds and 7-12 year olds.

Youth Sunday: Our youth will be leading worship in both services on Sunday, February 28^th. Please be in prayer for our youth as they prepare music and spoken word for those worship services.

Little Brother/Sister Event: The 7^th graders are invited to join their Big Brother and Sisters for some fun at Jump Zone on Sunday, March 7! We will meet there at 3:30 p.m. and return to the church at 5:00 p.m. (in time for youth choir). Cost is $5.00 and Jump Zone is located on Castle Drive off Slaughter Road (not far from Hwy 72).
